Free Merch Shipping:
Please note that Merch purchased on our website will be shipped separately from your purchased Vibonite™ or Vibe Product items. All Merch products ship free with standard worldwide shipping. You may receive multiple tracking numbers.
Return Instructions
Return Policy:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless the item is damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please follow these steps:
1. Contact our customer service team within 7 days of receipt at johncarpenter@vibonite.io.
2. Provide your order number and a clear description of the issue.
3. Attach photos of the damaged or defective item for our review.
4. Upon confirmation, we will issue a return label for you to send the item back to us.
Replacement or Refund:
Upon receiving the returned damaged or defective item, we will either ship a replacement at no additional cost or issue a full refund to your original payment method, depending on your preference and product availability.
